We bake fresh in small batches every day, so popular items sell out quickly! While we can't always guarantee availability for same day bread orders or pastries later in the day, you're welcome to call us early at (541) 555-0148 to check what's available or see if we can reserve something for you. For custom cake orders, we require at least 72 hours' notice.

Whisk & Whimsy typically closes on major US holidays (like Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and July 4th) so our team can celebrate with their families. We do offer a few items made without gluten-containing ingredients (like our Chocolate Lavender Torte). However, please be aware that Whisk & Whimsy is **not** a certified gluten-free kitchen. We use shared equipment and workspace, so there is always a risk of cross-contamination with flour.
